Manage emergencies effectively

RH Marine's Rhodium Digital Checklist Application (DCA) system helps yacht crews manage emergencies effectively and in a controlled manner. The system reduces the burden on operators and maximises time for situational awareness and managing personnel.

Priority order

In an emergency, the crew's priority is to gather information and assess the impact on the yacht. Operators often receive a plethora of information and alarms from the vessel automation systems, which can lead to informational overload. 

The DCA assesses the alarms generated by the Alarm, Monitoring and Control System (AMCS) and establishes a priority sequence of events to minimise damage. 

This sequence is presented to the operator via a dedicated HMI.

 

Seamless integration with IPMS and ESB systems

The Rhodium DCA offers full integration with the Rhodium IPMS and ESB systems. Actions and events recorded by operators on the ESB can lead directly to automated advisories and response actions. 

This seamless integration allows for faster responses, reduces cognitive load, improves communication and minimises operator errors. As a result, the number of crew members required can be optimised.
