On Friday 6 September we signed the contract with the Chilean Navy for the upgrade of the Integrated Monitoring and Control System to the Rhodium Integrated Platform Management System for the M-frigate Almirante Riveros (formerly known as RNLN’s Tjerk Hiddes).
The contract followed a year of cooperative and fruitful discussions with the Chilean Navy project team.
The Almirante Riveros is the first of the two Chilean M-frigates with the expectation that the contract for the second M-frigate will follow in 2025.
Meeting at EURONAVAL
At EURONAVAL we had a meeting about the contract with Vice Admiral Leonardo Chavez, who signed the contract on behalf of the Chilean Navy, and Captain Fernando Gaete.
