We are pleased to announce that the management buyout of RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht has been completed and that both companies have been acquired by the current directors Hugo Loudon and Stefan Braat. This will enable both companies to further grow and coordinate their operations whilst continuing to innovate for cross-market adoption.
